Back in 1996, I was part of an R&D group within Disney Imagineering with a goal of understanding VR from a ride design perspective.  Later I was involved w/ the creative blue-sky group behind DisneyQuest.

The DisneyVision / Imagineering lab that was at EPCOT in 1994... A bit of history on the lab: (Geeking-out a bit here!) The DisneyVision Lab was joint venture between Disney Imagineering and Silicon Graphics Computer Systems (AKA: SGI).
